Dyan F. Rauton, MSW, LISW-CP

Dyan Fore Rauton is originally from Florida but was raised in the Charleston, South Carolina area where she currently resides. She has been practicing Social Work for the past 20 years. She brings clinical and life experiences from working in such environments as Grief and Loss, Hospice, Domestic Violence, Employee Assistance, and Family Counseling.

Dyan received her Bachelor’s Degree from Limestone College and her Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of South Carolina. She is a State of South Carolina Board of Social Work Examiners approved, Licensed Independent Social Worker – Clinical Practice (LISW-CP). She is also a South Carolina Department of Social Services Certified Adoption Investigator, as well as a South Carolina Certified Dementia Specialist.

Dyan has always had a heart for the senior population and tailors her eclectic approach to the needs of each individual, while respecting their dignity and self-worth. She is dedicated to assisting seniors with their life concerns and transitions. Her mantra has always been The Golden Rule, “Do unto others as you would have them do to you” Luke 6:31.

Hope Buncum, MSW, LISW-CP

Hope is originally from Johns Island, SC and currently resides in Charleston, SC.

She received a bachelor degree in Psychology from University of South Carolina-Aiken in 2010 and a master in Social Work degree as well as a graduate certificate in Drug and Alcohol Abuse treatment from the University of South Carolina- Columbia in 2016.

She has 10+ years of mental health experience having worked in inpatient psychiatry as well as outpatient therapy. Working in mental health has always been a passion for Hope and her plan is to continue to do so for as long as possible.
