Syreeta Miller, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Syreeta Miller is originally from Spartanburg, SC but has lived in the Columbia area since 2003. She has been a registered nurse for 15 years and an advance practice nurse for one year. She joined the Premier team in April of 2017 and expresses, “It has truly been a wonderful experience”.
She received her bachelor’s of nursing degree from the University of South Carolina-Upstate and masters of nursing degree from the University of Phoenix. She later decided she wanted to become a nurse practitioner to continue professional growth as well as personal aspirations on the pursuit to serve and treat those with medical concerns to provide a better quality of life; therefore, she received the post masters certificate from Kaplan University. She is passionate about serving the senior community with identified mental health diagnoses.
Syreeta looks to uphold the highest standard of prescribing medication to seniors. Her in depth knowledge of mental illness and medication allows her to provide the most accurate regimen being mindful of the importance of not overprescribing.

Dr. Nastassjiah Cunningham, Ph.D, MSW, LISW-CP
Dr. Nastassjiah Cunningham resides in Columbia, SC. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and has been practicing social work for over 8 years. She joined the Premier Team in August 2017, and expresses her commitment to the mental health and well-being of her clients. She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and Walden University. She holds a B.S. in Criminology and Criminal Justice
with a minor in Experimental Psychology; a Master of Social Work degree; a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Human Services; and a PhD in Human Services with a specialization in Clinical Social Work. Dr. Cunningham is also a member of the Tau Upsilon Alpha National Organization for Human Services Honor Society.
She works with individuals using an eclectic approach tailored to the unique needs of each client. Dr. Cunningham believes that change happens when people are given the guidance and support they need to draw on their own strengths and realize their potential to live fulfilling, happy lives. She provides an environment of compassion and support to help individuals overcome obstacles to move forward and thrive.

Angela Groce, MSW, LISW-CP
Angela is a native of Columbia, South Carolina. She attended the University of South Carolina where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in 1982 and a Masters of Social Work in 1984. She was a Department of Defense Social Worker in the United States, Japan and Korea specializing in trauma, sexual assault and domestic violence for approximately twenty years.
In 2005, Angela returned to Columbia and was a Veterans Administration Mental Health Clinic Social Worker specializing in Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) of combat veterans. From 2008 until her retirement from the federal government in 2017, she was a Department of Justice, Executive Office of United States Attorneys, Employee Assistance Program Counselor.
Angela is a Licensed Independent Social Worker – Clinical Practice (LISW-CP), a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), the Academy of Certified Social Workers (ACSW) and a Certified Advance Social Work Case Manager (C-ASWCM). She has served on the South Carolina NASW board and is a State of South Carolina Board of Social Work Examiners approved LISW-CP Supervisor.

Tarah Davis, MSW-LISW-CP
Tarah is a transplant to South Carolina, having moved to this area from Connecticut in 2013. She has been a Social Worker for more than 20 years and brings a wealth of experience working in such environments as managed care, hospitals, schools, prisons and community-based settings. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Connecticut College and her Master’s degree in Social Work from Fordham University.
Tarah’s therapeutic approach is eclectic, with a strong emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Interpersonal Psychotherapy, incorporating psychoeducation and mindfulness practices into her work helping clients to manage emotional distress. She is also a strong proponent of holistic (mind, body, spirit) care.
Her specialties include treating depression, anxiety and working with trauma survivors. Tarah feels fortunate to be able to work with the senior population, from whom there is so much for us to learn and who are also the cornerstones of our communities.
